2. Cancellations and No-Shows

Non-refundable bookings cannot be changed or refunded.
No-shows without prior notice will be charged in full.

3. Check-In and Check-Out

Check-out time: by 11:00 (11:00 AM)
Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and is subject to additional fees.
Guests must present valid identification and a payment card upon arrival.

4. Guest Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate a stay, without refund, if a guest:

Causes disturbance to others
Damages property
Violates house rules or engages in unlawful activity
Brings unregistered individuals into the room
Our properties are smoke-free unless clearly designated otherwise.
Additional cleaning fees may apply in the event of violation.

5. Liability Disclaimer

While we strive to provide safe, clean, and high-quality accommodations, SunnyEscapeHotel is not liable for:

Personal injury, loss, or damage arising from use of the hotel, unless caused by our proven negligence
Loss of valuables not deposited at the reception
Temporary service disruptions due to maintenance, weather, or force majeure
Guests are responsible for their own belongings and behavior during their stay.
